Elevate Academy (formerly GRREC ED) is a rank change program designed for K–12 educators across Kentucky who want to deepen their instructional practice, strengthen leadership skills, and advance their careers. Through specialized cohorts, teachers apply high-quality professional learning directly to their classrooms, connecting theory with real, day-to-day teaching.
