Tonya Ballard is a Mental Health Professional for the Project Prevent Safe Space Grant at Green River Regional Educational Cooperative. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Western Kentucky University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.

Tonya is affiliated with various organizations and enjoys supporting district staff and providing resources to assist with meeting students' mental health needs. She also provides individual therapy/tier 3 services to students in the districts.
