Ericka Church is currently serving as the Project ACCESS Coordinator, bringing her extensive expertise as a licensed Clinical Social Worker to this role. Throughout her career, Ericka has achieved remarkable professional milestones, including providing clinical supervision and delivering impactful presentations at conferences, agencies, and organizations at various levels, from local to international. She has also received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a therapy technique that further enhances her skill set.

Ericka earned her Masters of Social Work from Western Kentucky University, establishing a strong educational foundation for her work. In addition to her role as the Project ACCESS Coordinator, Ericka serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Western Kentucky University's Social Work Program, where she shares her knowledge and passion with aspiring social workers. Actively involved in professional organizations such as the National Association of Social Workers and the Association of School Social Workers, Ericka consistently engages in ongoing learning and collaboration with fellow professionals.

Ericka is committed to addressing barriers to learning and providing vital support to students, enabling them to succeed both academically and personally. She finds immense fulfillment in helping students overcome challenges and ensuring they have the necessary resources to thrive. Ericka's strong belief in educational equity, coupled with her passion for empowering students, makes her an invaluable asset to the Project ACCESS team and the multiple districts she serves.
