Kara Ford is a Cohort Facilitator at Elevate Academy, where she brings a wealth of academic and professional expertise. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communications from Lindsey Wilson University, a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Learning and Behavior Disorders from Western Kentucky University, and has earned her Rank 1 certification in Social Emotional Learning through Elevate Academy.

Kara's dedication to education has been recognized with the prestigious M.A.E. Graduate Student of the Year award. She has served as a Children's Ministry Coordinator at her church for the past 10 years. She is also an officer for the Smile at Me Foundation (in memory of Carsyn Drew Tucker) and a committed member of the Glasgow Business and Professional Women’s Club.  

Passionate about her work, Kara finds the greatest fulfillment in reaching students who may feel unreachable and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those at risk of slipping through the cracks. She takes immense pride in witnessing her students realize their potential, persevere, and achieve their goals. Kara is driven by a commitment to collaborate with fellow education professionals to enhance student learning and positively impact the lives of the teachers and students she serves.
