Erin Hardwick is the Special Education Due Process Consultant for GRREC SERTAC. She brings more than 21 years of experience in special education, including classroom teaching, instructional coaching, and special education leadership, with the last several years focused on special education compliance. Throughout her career, Erin has been passionate about supporting educators, building systems that improve outcomes for students, and helping to navigate special education processes.

Erin holds a Master's degree in Special Education and a Director of Special Education certification. She is dedicated to providing high-quality training and technical assistance, fostering collaborative relationships with school districts, and supporting educators in strengthening special education practices across the GRREC region.

Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning, Erin enjoys helping teams solve challenges, build capacity, and create positive outcomes for students with disabilities.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, hanging out with her dog, Tilly, and traveling.
