Noall
As the Elevate Academy Program Coordinator., Bobbie Noall provides valuable support to educators in their professional development. With a wealth of educational experience, Noall holds a bachelor's degree in corporate and organizational communications, a master's degree in elementary education from WKU, and has pursued early and elementary education studies at Tarleton State. She has also earned a PhD in educational leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
Throughout her career, Dr. Noall has worked as both a general and special educator in a variety of school settings, ranging from elementary to high school. She has also collaborated with literacy consultants across the state to enhance literacy instruction for special education students. Furthermore, she is a certified professional developer through the University of Kansas SIM program.
Dr. Noall is actively involved with KU SIM, and has contributed to local education articles. Watching educators grow through reflective practice brings her immense satisfaction. Additionally, she takes pleasure in building relationships with students, supporting them in overcoming trauma, and empowering them to become advocates for themselves.
