Martha Tudor brings over two decades of educational experience to her role as EPIC’s Coordinator and Professional Learning Specialist. Her career has spanned multiple teaching contexts and leadership positions, from classroom instruction in Science and Spanish at the middle and high school levels to serving as both a high school instructional coach and district curriculum coach.
Her professional credentials include teaching certifications in Science and Spanish, Program Consultant endorsements in both Science and Foreign Language, and a Rank 1 in Instructional Leadership.

As an OpenSciEd-certified professional learning partner, Martha enjoys supporting science teachers in facilitating three-dimensional learning experiences. She works collaboratively with teachers to support phenomenon-driven instruction that foster curiosity and critical thinking in all learners.
Martha's extensive professional training includes specialized certifications and training in OpenSciEd-Certified Professional Learning, Corwin's Nourishing New Teachers program, AI for Education Train-the-Trainer, Kentucky Academic Standards for Science, Disciplinary Literacy in Science, Cognitive Coaching, Creative Leadership Solutions Institute of Instructional Coaching, Instructional Leadership, Kagan Cooperative Learning, Argument Driven Inquiry, and ELEOT (Effective Learning Environments Observation Tool) certification.
